I often wonder why most people don't meal plan. I often talk to friends who tell me that it is too difficult, or too time consuming, or just too overwhelming.
Well, I am here to help. Mostly because I love organizing, and planning and food - but also because I want to show you how very easy this can be.
Step one: Print out your calendar for the month.
Step two: Figure out what days you do not need meals.
